What is a credit?
Your Airparser account is credited monthly based on your subscription. One credit is consumed for each parsed email, document, or PDF page.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! The Trial plan includes 30 credits, allowing you to parse up to 30 emails, documents, or PDF pages. You can test all features, including data export and third-party integrations.
What does documents retention mean?
Retention refers to the maximum number of days we keep your data stored before it is permanently deleted from our servers and database.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period, and your account is topped up with new credits.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. All our plans come with a ~17% discount when you subscribe annually (equivalent to 2 months free).
What happens once I have used all my credits?
Your Airparser account can still receive emails, but they won't be parsed until the next billing period. Alternatively, you can upgrade your subscription to credit your account. You can also re-process any previously parsed emails & documents.
Can I change my subscription?
Our flexible subscription plans allow you to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Cancellation is also possible at any time.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, and JCB. We do not accept cryptocurrency, PayPal, or bank transfers as payment methods.
How do I know it's safe to link my bank card?
Airparser never stores your bank card information. Your payment card details are encrypted and safely stored by Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
We typically provide very limited refunds because you can try out all the features using our Trial plan before you upgrade to a paid membership. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services, please email us at [email protected].
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you can view and download your invoices from your Account > Invoices & Usage page.
Do you offer high-volume plans?

How does Airparser ensure the security of its platform and user data?
Airparser guarantees security through 256-bit AES encryption, secure data transmission, trusted cloud providers, user activity logs, customizable data retention, code reviews, and careful subprocessor selection. Your data's safety is our priority.
